Mr. Greenberg, who was living in New York before making the move down South, imbued some East Coast energy into the home's design. 'I wanted to bring a little bit of a Northeastern beach feel to the house and combine it with something that spoke to the natural materials used here,' he said. Mr. Greenberg is a consultant to a cable television business based in Austin. Ms. Muhlfeld owns a women's clothing boutique called the Physical Fit.
