Due Diligence: Bruce Rice, now an Internet sales and marketing executive, and his wife, Paula, bought this property from singer Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees 23 years ago. Built in 1926, this 21-room Tudor estate, known as Kenjockety, sits on a bluff with views of Oyster Bay and Cold Spring harbors and -- across Long Island Sound -- Connecticut. The property includes a glass conservatory and a deep-water dock designed for large-yacht access. The Rices spent a number of years restoring the property, including updating electricity and plumbing, and expanding the home's cooling system, the listing agent says. Mrs. Rice, a horticulturist, helped design the home's landscaping, adding English gardens, a garden pool and warm and cold greenhouses.
