The average price of 4-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath homes in in neighborhoods typically home to middle managers jumped 13.3% from last year to $401,767, according to a September Coldwell Banker Real Estate poll. Here are three such homes.

  • Canyon Lake, Texas
  • Rocky River, Ohio
  • Libertyville, Ill.
