Vacationers who dream of living on the water may want to consider a riverfront home. These retreats have views, are outfitted with docking facilities and some have boathouses and ocean access. Among U.S. luxury homeowners, 18% own boats, while 13% have boat docks and 15% hope to acquire them, according to the Coldwell Banker Luxury Index.
