Three-Car-Garage Homes
In Top Vacation Markets

Our fascination with the cars we drive is changing the architecture of the homes we buy. The standard two-car garage is losing ground, as 25% of home buyers prefer a three-car garage, according to the National Association of Home Builders. Multiple garages play an important role in the second-home market, as 53% of vacation-home buyers prefer to drive to their second homes, according to "The Second Home/Vacation Property National Study" by Centex Homes. Here is a look at three homes with three-car garages in some vacation-home markets.
